About Stephanie Ward

I, Stephanie am a proud Colorado native that strives to educate my clients with in-depth home and area knowledge. I was Born in Denver in 1976 and continue to live and love our beautiful “Rocky Mountains”, here in Littleton, CO. I graduated from Metropolitan State College with a degree in Fitness and Exercise Science (Kinesiology) and then continued on to medical research at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center for Human Nutrition. I soon married, and was blessed to have two beautiful children. At that time, I realized that staying at home and raising my children was the most important value to me, and so I began my career in real estate. Getting my license allowed me the flexibility to work and be home with my children, who are now a senior and freshmen.
Serving Colorado for over 14 years now as a Real Estate Agent has been my passion and love that I enjoy sharing with my clients. Meeting clients for the first time and turning business relationships into lifetime friendships is one of the reasons my clients continue to refer year after year. I am a Certified Negations Expert(CNE) in my field of real estate and a member of the South Metro Board of Realtors.
I enjoy watching a good football game, whether it is at home or watching my son on the football field, going to dance competitions and trying to keep up with my daughter teenage daughter. When I can get a moment to myself, I am either hiking in the mountains or out playing with my dogs.
Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, so I strive to listen, make every client a memorable and enjoyable experience, that is one they will remember.
